I believe that all art should be a positive influence in our lives.  Public art should inspire our minds, show creativity, and instill good feelings.     

Someone once said,

       "Many people have a lot of talent, unfortunately, they don't all have good taste."

      Since ancient times, we as a people, need art, but we also need to use "good taste" in our selection.   

       The world has enough depressing influences without artists making a contribution.
